Origin markers

ATLAS

A living reserve: publications, books, articles, happenings, exhibitions and galleries that illuminate the origin of the gaze.

ATLAS is not a chronological résumé. It is a reserve of origins: public, printed and collective traces connected to marine culture, surf, galleries and the ocean.

The reading remains selective and curatorial. Dates are used as markers, but the core of the page is a constellation: where the gaze comes from before arriving today at “Ocean painter — Water by water”.

Origins

A constellation of markers

A few dates remain to locate the path, but ATLAS is not an exhaustive chronology: it is a map of origins, circulation and encounters.
